we use Royal Mail, tracked 2-3 days

how long will I wait to receive my items?

we work hard to dispatch most orders within 24hr Monday-friday. You will receive an email once dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking number. if you have any issues please email us.

how long will my personalised item take?

up to 7 working days excluding delivery Tims, if you need your item sooner please email us and we will try our best to accommodate.

refunds & exchanges

Sadly we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note. To request an exchange or credit, please email us at matildamaeboutique21@gmail.com. This needs to be done within 14 days of recieving your items. unfortunately if 14 days have passed we may not be able to offer this service.

what if my item is personalised?

all personalised items are non- refundable and non- exchangeable unless faulty. if faulty, please email matildamaeboutique21@gmail.com for further instructions

what if my item is faulty?

if an item is faulty we are happy to refund, however each item is checked before posting, please email us at matildamaeboutique21@gmail.com for further instructions

do you sell in person?

yes we do! we are a market boutique, located at epping market every monday & north weald Market every Saturday. please note, we may not be there every week due to unforeseen circumstances, please check our instagram for any updates!
